Lee Salomone creates visual metaphors. Each individual work embodies a story, where the meaning is often initiated by the found object, but at once is inextricably linked to a new story that becomes embedded in the final objet d’art. The poetry that ensues in this artefact is strongly connected to its rich history that celebrates its past but is intricately tangled with his-story.
